Yes. All artwork is individually handcrafted and takes time to make. If an artwork isn't in stock, you can pre-order it. Upcoming new arrivals can also be pre-ordered. Simply click the Pre-order button on the product.

Yes, we offer an exciting customised art service. You can work with one of our skilled artisans and embark on your own maverick creative journey. Visit our custom art page for more details.

If the item is in stock, you can cancel your order up until the item has been dispatched. Once the artwork has been dispatched, however, you cannot cancel your order.
If you order an item that is not currently in stock, our artisans have to make it. You can cancel your order up until the artisan begins work on it. Once work has started on the artwork, however, you cannot cancel your order. 

Yes. To place a wholesale order, please contact us first. 

We accept many payment types. When you complete the order form, you can select your preferred payment method. You can pay with your credit card or via PayPal. All payments are secure.

Shipping & Return policy

Shipping time, first of all, will depend on whether the requested item is in stock. If it’s not in stock it can take up to a week to create. Please remember that all rice art paintings are handmade to a high level of quality so they require time to make. The time taken also depends on the size of the artwork and the complexity of the image. When completed, your special artwork can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver depending on your location. To avoid disappointment, order while stock last where possible. Don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. 

We ship worldwide. 

All rice paintings are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure they can be shipped without damage. We work with verified international carriers to ensure your artwork is insured.

Yes, we do.
If your painting is damaged in transit, you should first contact us with evidence (a photo or video) of the damage. Once we’ve investigated what happened, we will advise you whether you can return the painting to us and either receive a refund or a replacement painting. In order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs, please contact us first before returning any damaged painting.
If you are not satisfied with your painting for some other reason, please contact us first before returning the painting. We will then work with you to find a solution. Please note that customised paintings cannot be returned unless they were damaged in transit.
All returned paintings must be returned in the condition that they were received, and in their original packaging, along with proof of payment. Refunds for returns will not be processed until we have received and inspected the returned painting.

Your rice painting is securely packaged for delivery. To open the box, ensure you open the box around the top edge. Rice paintings are durable, and require minimal care. To remove any dust from the painting over time, simply wipe it softly with a lightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemicals to clean the painting. Avoid placing the painting in direct sunlight or near a heat source. And do not place any objects on top of the painting.
